Warranties, exchanges and returns

OXDOG Padel is only responsible for shipments handled by us and our transport companies.

Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.

Claims related to shipments, whether for missing products or damaged during transport, may be made within a period of 15 days from receipt of the shipment.


WARRANTY


The warranty period from the time the product is purchased is 2 years for damages resulting from a factory defect.

The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the same.
The amount covered by the warranty is the amount paid for the product.

To process the warranty, follow the steps on the platform. Once we receive the request, we will transfer it to the quality department. The resolution period will be 2 to 5 days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return.

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new (original factory product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or printed.

*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases from November 20.

The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees will be fully assumed by the customer.

Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product beforehand with a bag or paper or, failing that, a shipping box or bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you return a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it does not suffer damage.


How to make a size or product exchange?

To make an exchange you have two options:

1. Send us the product you want to return and when we receive it we send you the new product.

2. We send you the new product and when the carrier delivers it to you, you must return the product you want (the cost of this option is €5).

How to make a return?

To make a return you will have to send us the product or products you want to return to the following address:

Include a paper indicating your order reference (OX followed by 4-5 digits) and indicating that you are requesting a refund in the package you send us. The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except if it is a defective product or an incorrect shipment. In such case they will be covered in full by OXDOG Padel.

Once we receive the package we will make the refund payment to the same card you used to make the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account.

If you have made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please add your account number on the form so that we can make the payment.
