New, 35mm, light diamond shaped racket that is a slimmer version of the legendary OXDOG diamond rackets. NXT-GEN is with its medium balance and soft touch the perfect fit for players that want a light and easy to play racket that offers superior control and playability. The Longer and thinner grip makes it easier to play double handed shots. Integrated OXDOG technologies: PowerRibs: Rails on the frame designed to increase power, reduce vibrations and provide greater balance. DSH – Double Size Holes: A perforation system designed to enhance playability outside the sweet spot. HES-Carbon: The characteristic carbon of the brand. Highly reactive, rigid, and capable of converting all the energy generated by the player into power. Additionally, it extends the lifespan of the rackets. Vibradamp: Four silicone insertions under the grip that reduce vibrations, protect the player’s health, enhance grip and serve as the perfect complement to our double-layered grip in our ongoing efforts to minimize vibrations.

Warranty

The warranty period from the date of purchase of the product is 6 months.

The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.

How to change a size or product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used.

During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until January 15 for purchases made after November 20.

To make a change you have two options:

1. You send us the product you wish to return and when we receive it we will send you the new product.

2. We send you the new product and when the carrier delivers it to you, you must hand over the product you want (the cost of this option is €5).

How to make a return?

In the package you send us you must include a paper indicating the reference of your order (it is 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund . The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an incorrect shipment. In such case, they will be fully covered by Oxdog Padel.

Once we receive the package , we will refund the amount to the same card you used to make the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please add your account number on the form so we can refund the amount.
